In case anyone is looking at this article and thinking "that looks like a copyvio", like I did, I'll save you some time: it is indeed reproduced verbatim from Tonawanda Nuclear Site Info, but the license of that site states "Permission is granted to reproduce any item(s) on this web site. Notification of usage is not required but is appreciated."
