Bath->Reynolds connection?

[edit]

I noticed you were one of the main contributors to the Mercer Reynolds article. Do you know if there is a family connection between Mercer Reynolds and James Reynolds Bath? Thanks. Arminius 21:45, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Well thanks for looking I'll give it a shot too. Unfortunetly neither are getting much press (particularly Bath) anymore. Thanks for trying though :) Arminius 04:37, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Please tag an image of yours

[edit]

Many of your uploaded dot images currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. I saw one bit above on the maps being cc-by, and one of your summaries marking GFDL. Please clarify. 119 22:50, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Unverified images

[edit]

Hi! Thanks for uploading the following image:

I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GNU Free Documentation License, {{PD-self}} if you wish to release your own work to the public domain, {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know at my talk page where you got the images and I'll tag them for you. Thanks so much. Peter O. (Talk, automation script) 05:49, Dec 25, 2004 (UTC)

P.S. You can help tag other images at User:Yann/Untagged_Images. Thanks again.

At the time I reworded everything, there were no potential impacts at 1 on the Torino Scale. Seems that the numbers are still bouncing around. -- Cyrius| 03:58, 28 Dec 2004 (UTC)

California dot-maps

[edit]

Hi Seth. I was thinking that I'd like to do California dot-maps after I finish (or even before, like I did with Oregon) Wisconsin; I currently have 16 WI counties left. My idea is to split work on CA's dot-maps into Northern and Southern California sections and that I could do Northern CA and you could do Southern CA (which has less counties but are very highly populated). Southern California counties include Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties; I would do the remaining CA counties. Just a suggestion; feel free to tell me what your thoughts are on my talk page. Bumm13 17:39, 28 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Greetings. I just started the Wikipedia:Image recreation requests project, and I thought you might be interested. Your help would be greatly appreciated. (I got your name from the list at Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Cartographers.) Best regards, – Quadell (talk) (sleuth) 03:20, Jan 30, 2005 (UTC)

Wikipedians who blog

[edit]

Hi! if you have a moment, could you please see m:Wikinews and blogs to comment? We're interested in learning how Wikinews can work with bloggers; what they might be interested in, how they can take advantage of Wikinews, how they can contribute through their blogs, etc. Thanks! Amgine/talk

Comments

[edit]

Hey Seth, I was wondering if you could look at a redo that i am doing and give some comments on it, it's at Detroit, Michigan/Temp, it's still a work in progress, but most of the major edits i wanted to do are done. Thanks. --User:Boothy443 | comhrÚ 18:09, 7 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Thanks, it just got to me to see a city like Detroit that has such a contrubution to the History of the United States kinda mashed together, i'll take a look at the movies list and fix it up. --User:Boothy443 | comhrÚ 18:20, 7 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Did you ever get a number to the Cost per edit and Cost per words stuff you were working on friday in #wikipedia? --Dbroadwell 19:20, 21 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Historical population data

[edit]

Very neat addition to the South Dakota counties. Is the data somewhere easily extractable? It would be really neat to do the same for every county in the U.S... then every city, CDP, etc.

Oh, and pick Iowa State. It's a good school. —Ben Brockert (42) UE News 19:36, Feb 26, 2005 (UTC)
