Foucaldian critique

[edit]

I am probably fighting a losing battle, but I think the prominent place given to this critique is not appropriate. It's essentially saying that methadone is no different than heroin (or only different in terms of its legal status) which is not true. This misinformation could have a real effect on public health. 173.167.251.225 (talk) 16:57, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fentanyl picture

[edit]

The picture of 2 mg of fentanyl next to a penny appears to be entirely irrelevant to the article. While the article discusses methadone's effects on opioid receptors, it does not reference fentanyl, it doesn't mention the information captioned onto that picture. It does not mention the lethal dose of fentanyl, or approach the subject. 2600:1702:4EB0:C410:8890:D0F:66B4:2179 (talk) 13:57, 12 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
