Hi there Polytope, welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you ever need editing help visit Wikipedia:How does one edit a page or how to format them visit our manual of style. Experiment at Wikipedia:Sandbox. If you need pointers on how we title pages visit Wikipedia:Naming conventions. If you have any other questions about the project then check out Wikipedia:Help or add a question to the Village pump.

I'm quite glad you're here offering a mathematical perspective on voting systems. Some quick notes to keep you working within the community: 1) we don't sign our pages on Wikipedia. When we want to see who edited it, you're username will appear in the history, and you can link to your mailing list from your user page. 2) Don't assume your audience understands all the terms you're using. In a technical page like monotonicity criterion, it's alright to use some technical language, but you should try to explain it so that people who don't understand the maths can understand why it's important.
