Hmmm - the wording probably needs work. Critical line would usually be the line of symmetry involved in the functional equation (L-function). If this is under s → N - s, you'd have to shift the origin for s to make it Re(s) = ½, though.

Is this established terminology?
[edit]I can't recall ever hearing the name "Grand Riemann hypothesis". Since Ramanujan conjecture is knowm for almost 30 years to be false, it would seem that the notion of "critical line" indeed would have to be significantly modified to accomodate such a swiping conjectural statement.
