Totally bizarre list of "destination restaurants" eh. --Wetman 22:23, 27 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I think a couple of these restaurant have "snuck" in here that are not strickly speaking "destination" restaurants as they reside in major metropolitan areas: 1) Tabernacle, 2) Fifteen, and 3) Lumiere. All are very fine restaurants, but they aren't destinations and should probably be deleted from the list.--FloweringHearth 25 June 2006

This article was based upon a subjective definition of a "destination restaurant" and was used more for marketing restaurant links than for encyclopedic information. After removing the subjective and marketing material, all that's left is a now-sourced definition, which does not need a separate article. Therefore, I am merging this article with "Types of Restaurants." OccamzRazor (talk) 22:08, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
